How do I place an order?

Select a club, browse the menu, add items to your cart, and go to checkout. Payment is by card via our secure payment provider (Stripe).

How do I track my order?

After payment you'll see an order confirmation with your queue number and a status ring. Yellow means we've received your order, orange means we're preparing it, and green means it's ready for pickup. The page updates automatically—you can return to it anytime via the link.

Where do I pick up my order?

When the status ring turns green, go to the bar or pickup point. Show your queue number and the venue will hand over your order.

What payment methods do you accept? Refunds?

We accept card payments (processed securely by Stripe). Refunds are handled by the venue according to their policy—contact the venue or check your order confirmation for details.
