FlowBar ("we", "our") processes personal data when you use our ordering platform. You order as a guest—no account required. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We do not sell your personal information.

Data we collect
We collect: (1) data you give us—order details, and any message you send via the contact form; (2) payment data—processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details; (3) technical and usage data—device type, IP address, and pages you visit—to run the service and improve it. If you enable push notifications for an order, we store your subscription to send updates (e.g. when your order is ready).
How we use it
We use your data to process and fulfil orders, show you order status (yellow = received, orange = preparing, green = ready for pickup), send push notifications when you opt in for a specific order, respond to enquiries, and improve our platform. We share only what is needed with the venue for your order and with our payment provider (Stripe) for payment processing.

Security
We use HTTPS and secure storage. We do not store your full card details; Stripe handles payment data. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data.
